    Description
    Seeking a caring, conscientious educator who is passionate about impacting the lives of children and families. This individual will possess a Bachelor's degree in ECE or related. The Home Visiting Supervisor for Home-based programming will ensure that each child receives quality, bilingual early childhood education and that teaching staff receive the training and support they need to grow and thrive professionally. The Home Visiting Supervisor establishes and supports a culture of collaboration and reflective practice among Home Visitors and ensures the learning environments (during both home visits and socialization activities) are rich with meaningful learning opportunities through coaching, training, mentoring, and supporting the Home Visitors.     Position Highlights

    1. Oversee overall academic programming, including curriculum implementation, training, and coaching (including ongoing and intensive coaching using the Practice-Based Coaching model) for the Early Learning Academy (Home-Based) to ensure highest-quality bilingual early childhood education.
    2. Analyze program assessment results (HighScopeCOR Advantage, HOVRS scores, self-assessment data, etc.), lead Data Dialogues, and support in the development and implementation of program educational goals and staff coaching and training to ensure continuous efforts at quality improvement.
    3. Review and processes all personnel action in HRIS/Payroll system. Complete home visits, including lesson plans, observations, and other administrative documentation, during vacancies or extended Home Visitor absences.
    4. Oversee developmental and social-emotional screenings and ongoing assessment and observation.
    5. Monitor and provide feedback on home visits and socialization lesson plans and ensure that the appropriate materials are used in the activities.
    6. Work on other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Early Learning Home-Based Program Director.
