Four (4) Part Time Positions Available.

1 Lead Janitor Pay Rate


COE:
$18.00 PH - $20.00 PH


3 Janitors Pay Rate COE $17.00 PH - $18.00 PH

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (5 hours per day)**
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Sanitation

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of designated areas within the facility, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and customer service areas.
  • Must have floor care experience (i.e., Scrubber, buffer, waxers, etc.,)
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restroom facilities regularly, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Collect, empty, and dispose of trash in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness in waste receptacles throughout the premises.
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and waxing or buffing floors to always uphold a polished and wellmaintained appearance.
  • Wipe and disinfect surfaces, countertops, desks, and other fixtures to maintain a sanitized and professional environment.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors, ensuring a streakfree and spotless finish.

2. Supply Monitoring

  • Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when reordering is necessary. Possess knowledge of safe handling and storing of all cleaning products and chemicals.

3. Safety Compliance

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a hazardfree environment for staff, and visitors.
  • Be familiar with emergency response procedures and act promptly in case of spills, accidents, or other unforeseen situations.

4. Exterior Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas, including sidewalks and entryways. Remove debris, snow, or ice to ensure safe access.

5. Collaboration**- Speak with direct supervisors and facility staff to address specific cleaning needs or requests in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Report any maintenance or repair issues observed during routine duties to the designated supervisor for timely resolution.
  • Provide coverage with front desk staff during breaks to ensure all calls and other duties are handled.

6. Security Awareness

  • Maintain awareness of security protocols and report any suspicious activities or individuals to the appropriate authorities.
  • Follow security protocols and guidelines, especially when working in secure areas or after banking hours.

7. Professional Conduct

  • Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and respect when interacting with staff, and visitors and while answering phones.

8. Flexibility

  • Be open to flexible work hours, including occasional evening or weekend shifts for special cleaning projects.
