    Come help us make it happenThe RoleWithin the Strategic Partnerships and Business Development team, Amperity is looking for a Lead Business Development Manager to manage strategic partner relationships within our ISV ecosystem, focusing on Ad Tech and Agencies.

    You will create a strategy for our most successful partners to cultivate and increase revenue for Amperity. This strategic revenue-driven position will be important to Amperity's success, as reported to the Head of Strategic Partnerships.
    Interesting ProblemsYou lead the GTM plan for your managed partners and maintain a qualitative/quantitative scorecard for each. You also lead the execution, enablement, pipeline, and revenue goals for your accounts.
    Manage a portfolio of ad tech / digital media-related partners who focus on paid and media optimization.

    Expertise in working with partners and field sales teams to close deals with customersImprove your partners through enablement and education to become advocates for Amperity with their end clients via planning and presenting at partner QBRs.

    These presentations often focus on the Industry Community and client engagement.
    Provide partner management to ensure that our ISV partners develop their sales capabilities following Amperity's strategy.
    Collaborate with Partner Marketing to guide partner channel marketing activities, events, and engagements.

    Partner with leaders, such as product, sales, marketing, and legal, to define partner strategy, partner communication & marketing, partner training and enablement, and product managementAbout YouMinimum of 12 years of partnership/business development experience with revenue accomplishmentsExperience creating and leading channel strategy with ad-related partnersRequired experience managing revenue-related partnerships with ISVsKnowledge of ad-tech capabilities and their related go-to-market strategies, and how the ecosystem functions.

    Understanding of digital marketing stacks, their evolution, and related impact on paid media and digital practices Build successful strategies and practices for rapid scale and hypergrowthManage complex alliances with a diverse set of team membersPresent to executive level clients.

    Navigate and negotiate through the sales process from beginning to endFamiliarity with contracts and building legal agreementsStrategize with team members to a agreement on complex issues.

    Remote AvailableAmperity has headquarters in Seattle and NYC.

    We are also currently hiring in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OH, OR, TX, WACompensationBase Salary:
    $150,000 - $220,000.

    Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
    business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training. For qualified new hires, we generally target the middle of this range.
