    The Marketing Communications Specialist, Brand + Creative will support and oversee marketing campaigns across platforms including print and digital to increase brand awareness and drive profitable growth. This role ensures activation of both B2B and B2C marketing brand standards.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support global and local content strategy that aligns with Aramark brand framework and creates tools and resources for brand activation.
    • Coordinate development of new marketing campaigns, both print and digital, in collaboration with designers, copywriters, photographers, and agencies.
    • Manage projects to meet timelines and budget, such as meeting management, facilitation, and capture of next steps.
    • Collaborate with other departments in developing creative materials, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.
    • Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website performance and report key findings to stakeholders.
    • Assist with email campaigns including calendars, content creation, production, and execution.
    • Coordinate content collection and review from various marketing leads.
    • Support website updates by leveraging the content management system, Adobe Experience Manager.
    • Update onsite digital signage and time sensitive messaging.
    • Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.

    This position will report to the Senior Marketing Director of Brand + Creative within the Hospitality Enablement team and work in matrix with other marketing team members as well as other LOBs.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills:

    • Experience in website management systems, Google Analytics, and/or design software a plus.
    • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Technically capable and comfortable with learning new technologies and systems

    It is expected that the successful candidate will have the following personal attributes.

    • Candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively, display a professional and positive demeanor and build professional rapport by demonstrating active oral, written, presentation and listening skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated project management experience.
    • Ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changing business needs within a heavily matrixed organization.
    • Self-motivated individual with a high level of energy and willingness to learn and contribute; superior time-management skills and demonstrated track record of taking initiative and accepting accountability.
    • Demonstrated personal record of success and effective performance.
