    PRODUCTION MANAGER – SHEETMETAL AND PIPING FABRICATION

    What You Will Be Doing

    Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Production Manager to lead their team of skilled sheet metal shop workers.

    With a commitment to delivering high-quality products and leveraging cutting-edge technology, they are dedicated to providing excellence to their customers.

    The Ideal Candidate

    Supervise and lead a team of 25 to 35 sheet metal shop workers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

    Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.
    Utilize expertise in Revit, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and AutoCAD to enhance the efficiency of design and fabrication processes.
    Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of technology into fabrication workflows.
    Develop and implement production plans to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
    Collaborate with project managers to schedule and prioritize sheet metal and piping fabrication tasks.
    Oversee quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality sheet metal and piping components.
    Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
    Provide regular updates on production progress and address any issues or concerns promptly.
    Other Essential Functions
    Proven experience as a Production Manager in a sheet metal and piping fabrication environment.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
    In-depth knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and procedures.
    Familiarity with piping fabrication and industry standards.
    Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD for design and fabrication processes.
    Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
