Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Technical Product Manager to join our team.

The
Technical Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.

This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the organization.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and manage staff across multiple departments, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Operations: Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing solutions to drive company growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the advertising industry, with a minimum of 2 Years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent patience, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client relations and team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience in hiring and managing staff across multiple disciplines.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
