    GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC

    is an integrated logistics company located in Savannah, Georgia. We provide Tier 1 logistic, warehousing and inventory services to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA). GLOVIS EV Logistics America was established on October 6, 2022.


    Job Summary:


    IT Professional Software Developer will work with other engineers and participate in designing, implementing and managing business web applications and its servers.

    High level of proficiency working on continuous improvement, utilizing Database, Web Applications development is required - Java Technology.

    This position provides project management and assistance with IT and operational project and manage and improve systems reliability, security, availability, and flexibility for excellent information services.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Manages critical issues and resolutions related to existing Application Systems.
    Develop and propose resolutions or alternative solutions for better information services.
    Direct and design system architecture.
    Evaluate/propose Hardware, software, solutions.
    Share system knowledge with team members so there is a backup member when one is absent,
    Keep up with new technology/trend and adopt them to IT system and software.
    Act as a liaison with customer and partners IT Departments.
    Develop and implement Application by using programming language System Enhancement in Applications & Infrastructure.
    New implementation and Modification of IT program/software.
    Requirements analysis and Application System Design and Development including Database
    Implementation and testing the Enterprise-Applications
    Research for the enhancement or improvement of IT systems.
    Monitor system failure & performance and properly resolves them in right time.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor Degree in Information Technology area or equivalent experience.
    Five (5) years more experience web development and IT infrastructure.
    Develop and implement applications by using programming language(C#, Java, SQL, etc.)
    experience with Oracle, Java, JDK, Java related

    framework(Springboot,

    HTML, CSS, SVN, Node JS, etc.) experience with open source software(Linux, AWS.Python. etc.) Database(Maria, Tibero, Oracle) Programming

    experience(PL/SQL).

    This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including a laptop computer and cell phone. The employee is generally required to spend long periods of time sitting, typing, and working at a computer. May require the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and transport items.     The job is also eligible to participate in GLOVIS EA's outstanding benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) Plan with $1/$1 matching up to plan provisions, as well as generous paid time off.

    The estimated base salary range for this job is $81,000-$85,000.


    The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.

    The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting.

    The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
