    The Roseville office of Sproul Trost LLP has an immediate opening for an attorney with three to ten+ years of transactional and/or business litigation experience.


    The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in both transactional and litigation sections with emphasis on real estate and corporate matters including but not limited to drafting corporate formation documents, common interest development agreements and working in all phases of litigation, including legal research, client interaction, drafting pleadings and discovery, attending hearings and depositions, and assisting with trial preparation.

    Trial experience is not required but is preferred.

    Sproul Trost LLP offers competitive compensation packages with opportunities for year-end bonuses.

    The pay scale for this position seeking an associate with three to ten+ years of experience is $120,000 - $170,000, plus opportunities for a generous year-end bonus.

    In addition to base pay and bonus opportunities, we offer medical, dental and vision insurance, flex PTO, and professional development assistance.
