    The Roseville office of Sproul Trost LLP has an immediate opening for an attorney with three to ten+ years of transactional and/or business litigation experience. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in both transactional and litigation sections with emphasis on real estate and corporate matters including but not limited to drafting corporate formation documents and common interest development agreements and working in all phases of litigation, including legal research, client interaction, drafting pleadings and discovery, attending hearings and depositions, and assisting with trial preparation. Trial experience is not required but is preferred.

    Requirements of the Position:

    · 3-10 years of prior experience in transactional and/or business litigation

    · Strong academic credentials

    · Current license to practice law in the State of California

    · Excellent research and analytical stills

    · Understanding of current state and federal procedures

    · Excellent written and oral communication skills

    · Strong organizational, practice management and time management skills

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Sproul Trost LLP offers competitive compensation packages with opportunities for year-end bonuses. The pay scale for this position seeking an associate with three to ten+ years of experience is $120,000 - $170,000, plus opportunities for a generous year-end bonus.
