    Attorneys Real Estate Group, APC has an opening for an experienced Paralegal. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a UD background, is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and is a team player. The candidate will have excellent organizational skills, time management, written and verbal communication skills who can also multi-task.

    UD/Probate

    • Draft probate pleadings and motions, trust administration documents.
    • Prepare and update status reports of estate administration.
    • Preparation of real estate documents necessary to transfer real estate.
    • Communication with clients, family members, trustees, tax auditors, other attorneys and professionals.
    • Strong attention to detail as the paralegal works with wills, probate papers, tax forms, and many other financial documents and contracts.
    • Assist attorneys with tenant-contested evictions and ensure the efficient and timely production of court documents.
    • Assist attorney with preparation of all the required eviction paperwork for landlords, ensuring that it is completed accurately and in compliance with the law. This includes drafting and serving eviction notices, preparing and filing court documents (complaint, request for trial, writ, judgment, etc.) and providing guidance on the necessary timelines.
    • Knowledge of unlawful detainer timelines for notice, response, and filing periods.
    • Frequent communication with the court and sheriff's office to obtain status updates per submitted documents.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
    • Proven experience working as a Paralegal or in a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
    • Proficient in legal drafting and research techniques
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
    • Familiarity with document management systems
    • Strong organizational skills
