Job DescriptionPosition Summary:Our sales managers are responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales, and managing a sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand.

SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 70+ studios running and 340+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our learning management system, along with hands-on training with the management team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
