We are currently looking for a Shift Manager (m/f/d) for our Rhön Ost rest stop on a permanent full-time basis.


As a Shift Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being in close contact with our guests during the sale of food, specialty coffees, and beverages.
  • Taking responsibility for the operational restaurant business during your shift.
  • Acting as the right hand of the Team Leader, ensuring compliance with our quality standards, conducting inventories, and being available to listen to your team members.
  • Monitoring the billing and cash register processes.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • A first aid certification is also highly desirable.
  • Basic computer skills for working with our time tracking and cash register systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
