- Minimum 2 years Office experience
- Minimum Associate's degree
- Strong PC skills and good knowledge of MS Office
- An Bachelor's degree a PLUS
- Business and/or Insurance Experience is a PLUS
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to self-manage and multi-task
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage details
- Adept with sales processes and techniques
- Excellent, effective and efficient phone skills
- Ability and knowledge to utilize electronic technology for job and office efficiency
- Ability to learn multiple Carrier distinctions along with effective communication skills
- Motivated by helping people and making a difference
- Facilitate contract approval and licensing process for owner and agents
- Monitor applications sent directly by agents and/or submitted electronically
- Research products, educate independent agents and develop proposals for agents
- Maintain CRM database and generate reports
- Provide general office management and clerical assistance
- Responding to inbound & outbound calls from clients and independent agents and regarding available products, the status of applications and payments, and requests to send collateral materials
- Preparation and distribution of product collateral information/illustrations to Agents
