    Description

    Are you looking to launch your career in Recruiting or Human Resources? HMG+, the New York Area's leading event staffing and hospitality recruitment firm for over 25 years, is looking for a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to join our team As Recruiting Coordinator, you will assist and take ownership of sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to fulfill internal positions, and open job requisitions for our clients

    Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the Recruitment Manager
  • Develop recruitment goals and objectives
  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
  • Maintain engagement with both passive and active candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews daily
  • Maintain resume database and ATS to make sure all candidate information is recorded throughout the interview and hiring process
  • Manage the full onboarding of every employee hired
  • Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
  • Utilize multi-channel approach to candidate sourcing
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local hiring and employment laws, rules, and regulations
  • Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
  • Prepare a weekly progress report on candidate flow and onboarding
  • Requirements/Qualifications

  • Associates degree required/Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Human Resources
  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
  • Passionate about communicating with individuals from all walks of life
  • Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing helpful but not required
  • Familiarity with ATS required: Loxo preferred
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • $50,000-$60,000 base salary
