    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Benefits Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing enrollment assistance and administrative support to our benefits brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

    Responsibilities
    • Assist in the enrollment process for health, dental, vision, and other insurance plans.
    • Provide administrative support to the benefits team, including data entry, document preparation, and client communication.
    • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.
    • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
    • Support the team in ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits enrollment and administration.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of processes and client services.
    Requirements
    • Health/Life/Accident Insurance Producer License required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or professional certification in business, human resources, or a related field is a plus.
    • Previous experience in an administrative support role; experience in benefits administration or insurance is required.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
