- Lead and manage a team of developers and QA professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and quality of work.
- Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and monthly 1-on-1's with direct reports, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
- Ensure that the team adheres to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Develop and maintain Career Advancement Matrices (CAMs) and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Collaborate with Leadership on future state of organization chart, 5-year vision, budget, and salary/bonus projections.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, related degree or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of eight years of experience supporting the above responsibilities with a heavy focus in people management.
