    We are looking to hire a User Experience Development Manager for our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO with the option for remote work. As a People Leader for the Keeley User Experience Development and QA Team, you will play a crucial role in leading, mentoring, managing, and inspiring a team of talented high performing developers and quality assurance professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing the team's performance, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture while embracing and promoting the Keeley vision, mission and values.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of developers and QA professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and quality of work.
    • Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and monthly 1-on-1's with direct reports, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development and growth.
    • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
    • Ensure that the team adheres to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
    • Develop and maintain Career Advancement Matrices (CAMs) and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
    • Collaborate with Leadership on future state of organization chart, 5-year vision, budget, and salary/bonus projections.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, related degree or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of eight years of experience supporting the above responsibilities with a heavy focus in people management.
    • Agile/Scrum/Kanban Project Management
    • Azure DevOps or related software (i.e. Jira)
    • Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC)
    • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
    • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in software development and quality assurance methodologies and tools.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
    • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
    • Decision-Making: Ability to make informed and timely decisions to ensure project success.
    • Mentoring and Coaching: Skill in mentoring and coaching team members to help them reach their full potential.
    • Innovation: Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
    • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think strategically and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the team and the company.
    • Conflict Management: Skill in managing conflicts and resolving disputes within the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

    The ideal candidate will either have knowledge or desire to acquire knowledge in the below listed skills/technologies.
