We are seeking a friendly professional to join our team for general administrative responsibilities and customer service calls.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we need the right team member to help us ensure that customers are happy with the service we provide.
Skills/Experience Required :2+ years of Office Admin experience in a similar work industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Windows 10.Previous experience in an office environment.
Previous experience with customer service by phone.
Duties :
Answering and routing customer calls is the number one priority.
Follow up on projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
Report any customer issues or concerns.
Other general clerical duties as neededCommunicate and coordinate with suppliers/vendors, customers and staff.
This is a fast-paced position.
We're looking for a team member who can multi-task, is a problem solver, and doesn't shy away from conflict resolution.
Good attendance and punctuality are a must.Compensation :
$ per hour
