    Join our team as a Sales Engineer!

    We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our venture backed start-up client in Santa Monica funded by a top LA Venture Capital Firm. Our client is revolutionizing how sales teams conduct calls with a cloud voice solution, similar to slack but for voice. This is a full-time on-site position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist the sales team with technical challenges throughout the sales process
    • Promote product adoption and growth by identifying feature opportunities, educating customers on best practices, and developing tailored strategies with both customers and the Success team
    • Engage with customers of varying technical expertise via phone and email
    • Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries and issues, collaborating with internal teams (e.g. engineering, product management, customer success) to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • You excel at solving problems
    • You have a passion for assisting others
    • You possess strong interpersonal skills and are adept at communicating via phone, email, and chat
    • Familiarity with customer management platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Hubspot is a plus, or you are a quick learner eager to master these tools
    • You enjoy acquiring new knowledge and despise boredom at work
    • You value data-driven decision-making and are open to embracing new tools like Looker to evaluate the success of your efforts
    • Preferably, you have a tech-savvy mindset and are unfazed by terms like "firewall" and "router"
    • Preferably, you hold a bachelor's degree from a 4-year university
