    Description

    Position Summary:

    Provides advanced level of support for a variety of corporate programs including, but not limited to, benchmarking, internal data collection, input and reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    ? Maintains security access for users of the EPSI system; assists in ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the EPSI system.
    ? Captures volume statistics at the department and site levels; evaluate, package and disseminates data to various users.
    ? Performs financial analysis and other financial information as requested.
    ? Participates in the development of the capital and operating budgets and the five year financial forecast.
    ? Provides historical statistical trend analysis and makes formal projections of information using forecasting and modeling assumptions.
    ? Completes surveys and questionnaires using data assimilated from various departments and systems in the organization.
    ? Accumulates and records statistics in appropriate spreadsheets, databases and other computer systems.
    ? Serves on tasks forces/committees and provides financial information.
    ? Assists in month end process by performing analysis, allocations and/or review of actual and budgeted data.
    ? Maintains chart of accounts and other tables in the Financial Planning systems including McKesson Trendstar, Thomson ACTION OI, EPSi and the Strata suite of forecasting and capital software.
    ? Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
    ? Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    Education/Training
    Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance.

    Licensure/Certification
    None.

    Experience
    Four (4) years financial analysis experience is required. Extensive PC experience with Microsoft Office software is required. A Masters degree may offset two years of required experience.
