The selected candidate will be responsible for familiarizing themselves with our client service procedures, managing relationships with our current base of 2,000 businesses, seeking out new business opportunities through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to replicate these tasks. As you become proficient in training and leading your team, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, mastering our established systems and processes.
This position offers a competitive weekly salary (average $70,000-$85,000 in the first year).
