    Executive Personal Assistant to Tech Executive in the San Francisco Peninsula

    Our confidential client, a Silicon Valley Principal, is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join their private team. The Assistant will work closely with the Principal to manage all aspects of their personal and professional lives. The role requires someone with quick minded, adaptable, agile, organized, and concise. If these are qualities you possess, please submit your resume for consideration. The position is onsite in a home office setting, 5 days a week and requires a 24/7 mindset and work ethic.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • High level administrative support
    • Extensive and complex calendar management
    • Travel coordination and logistics
    • Event management
    • Vendor management
    • Special projects
    • Running errands as needed
    • Health and wellness related responsibilities
    • Concierge services that include gifting, party planning, packing/unpacking and transportation
    • Hands-on support and management of daily logistics
    • Responsive mindset for after hours and communication when the executive travels

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 10+ years of relevant administrative experience
    • 5+ years of experience in event planning and/or luxury travel (preferred)
    • Tech savvy; Google Suites, Microsoft Office, Adobe etc.
    • Extensive experience with complex calendaring
    • A clean driving record and current Passport required
