Description

Compensation:

$2- hour to start

Responsibilities:

Handle daily household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and cooking, ensuring the family's needs are met.
Assist with farm duties, including animal care and light agricultural work, contributing to the smooth operation of our farm.
Perform maintenance and repair tasks around the property, addressing any issues promptly.
Run errands, including grocery shopping and picking up supplies for both the household and farm.
Work closely with the family to prioritize and efficiently manage tasks, adapting to evolving needs and supporting the business's operational demands.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role involving household management, farm work, or personal assistance, with a strong background in administrative tasks.
Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks across different settings and manage administrative duties.
Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Compassionate and professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing substantial support.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for errands.
