Job DescriptionNancy DeMars State Farm Insurance located in Northville, MI has an immediate opening for an Insurance Sales Representative. We are looking for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Insurance experience is preferred but not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set.

If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career. If you are not licensed we will help you maneuver through that process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and contact leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Ability to effectively communicate and relate to a customer
Property & Casualty license preferred
Life & Health license preferred
