- Design and Development: Initiate, design, develop and optimize manufacturing assets and supporting processes to achieve unit objectives.
- Technical Knowledge: Develop skills to implement engineering principles and scientific analysis to meet unit objectives.
- Safety: Support implementation of loss control improvement processes by complying with critical safety rules.
- Security and Documentation: Ensure data retrieval and protection of proprietary information.
- Problem Solving: Identify and solve problems to achieve unit objectives.
- Internal Control: Lead projects to meet unit objectives within corporate policies.
- Communications: Communicate effectively with team members.
- Human Resources Development: Assist in the development of others in the area of expertise.
- Quality: Improve process capability to reduce defects and variability.
- Diversity: Contribute to an inclusive environment where all team members are respected.
- Project responsibility of $ 50M to $1MM
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years' experience in technical or operational roles.
- Experience with manufacturing control systems
- Continuing self-development and Lean Six Sigma experience desirable
