Job Title:
Commissioning Engineer


Responsibilities:

Commissioning of equipment and machinery:

  • Conducting commissioning activities for technical equipment, machinery, or systems.
  • Ensuring proper functioning and performance of installed equipment.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving:


  • Identifying and resolving technical issues during commissioning.
  • Collaborating with other professionals to diagnose and fix complex malfunctions.

Documentation:


  • Creating commissioning reports, logs, and technical documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and configurations.

Training and support:


  • Training operating personnel on how to use the installed equipment.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers or internal teams.

Collaboration with other departments:


  • Working closely with engineers, designers, and other relevant departments throughout the project.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of products and processes.

Qualifications:

Education:


  • Completed education in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

Work experience:


  • Demonstrable experience in commissioning industrial equipment or machinery.

Technical skills:


  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of technical issues.
  • Understanding of control and automation systems.

Communication skills:


  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.

Willingness to travel:


  • Willingness to occasionally travel for onsite commissioning.
