The Stadtwerke Kiel supplies the region with electricity, gas, water, and heat. We deliver our products to where private households and businesses need them, providing our customers with security and reliability every day.

Trainee Program Overview:

Our trainee program is based on years of tradition and experience. In the 18-month program, you will first get to know our company, as well as energy industry expertise and methodological skills. After an introductory phase, you will go through various departments of our company. The focus of tasks will be tailored to your competencies.
These phases will be accompanied by participation in seminars and workshops such as project and change management, communication and moderation training, as well as visualization and presentation skills.
In addition to support and regular feedback from our human resources department, we also ensure the development of an internal network.
