- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, other Marketing staff, and key sales team members to execute the daily activities of the Marketing studio.
- Play a critical role in firm-wide marketing efforts, working with key firm leadership to manage the development of project pursuit proposals, interview presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure that all marketing materials, proposals, and presentations are executed with a high level of quality, and tailored to specific client requirements, while maintaining the integrity of the Lionakis brand.
- Coordinate marketing and communications efforts, such as award submissions, social media campaigns and meeting/event planning, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on strategic marketing initiatives to accomplish Firm and studio goals.
- Ensure that marketing materials and key metrics are accurate and updated.
- Be organized, creative, and solutions-oriented.
- Be proactive in completing work accurately while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills, often with concurrent projects and under tight deadlines.
- Provide quality control and "Firm first" support on all marketing efforts.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working with a variety of team members across the Firm, including in-person and virtually in regional offices.
- Attend industry events as required and build relationships with consultants and industry partners.
- Assist studio and Firm leadership with other duties and initiatives as assigned.
- Occasional overtime is expected.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or commensurate experience
- 2-5 years experience in marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- AEC Industry experience
