    Job Title: Assistant Building Manager at Euclid

    ORGANIZATION: WSFSSH is a community-based organization dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing with supportive services to enhance the independence and dignity of each individual.



    POSITION: The Assistant Building Manager will support the Building Director and associate director/clinical coordinator in the administration and property management, aiming to ensure residents' long-term safety and independence.



    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Supervising front desk personnel and ensuring shift coverage.
    • Maintaining personnel and leave time records.
    • Coordinating with maintenance and administrative staff.
    • Managing office functions and establishing tenant relationships.
    • Assisting with building violations and contractor communication.
    • Managing tenant files and assisting with reports.
    • Supporting building maintenance tasks and inspections.
    • Assisting with rent collection, purchasing, and payroll distribution.
    • Collaborating with team members and attending training sessions.
    • Implementing emergency procedures and other directed duties.

    QUALIFICATIONS EXPECTED:


    • Minimum 21 years of age.
    • Strong communication, math, and computer skills.
    • Prior experience with senior adults preferred.
    • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish required.
    • Agreeing to additional assigned tasks.
