At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Plant Engineer/ Facility Manager for Building Automation-MSR Technology for our location in Berlin.

Your responsibilities
Responsible for the legally compliant operation of defined building technical systems
Identification and implementation of operator obligations as well as organization of maintenance and management of malfunctions and external service providers
Optimization of the operation of supply technical systems as well as ensuring legally compliant operating documentation
Participation and leadership in cross-functional (partial) projects
Development and implementation of energy-saving measures as well as continuous identification and naming of specific savings potential
Participation in the creation of tender documents and in the conclusion of technical supply contracts
Accompaniment or partial leadership of projects related to technical building equipment (e.g. conversion and new construction of building technology)
Support in conducting internal and external audits
Your profile
Completed university degree in engineering or similar
Practical experience in the operation and maintenance of building technical systems
In-depth knowledge of building automation, network planning, IT security, as well as sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental management
Practical experience in project management and in the design of building technical systems
Know-how in dealing with relevant regulations and standards (e.g. DIN, VDI, VDE, etc.)
Solid user knowledge in working with common MS Office products, SAP, CAD, and CAFM software desirable
