As we expand our operations in the Key Biscayne and Brickell areas, we are seeking an experienced Bilingual Security Officer to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of an upscale luxury condominium. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety of residents and the security of the premises.

Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.

Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.

Control traffic by directing drivers and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for all residents and guests.

Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance to residents and emergency personnel.

Write detailed reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a luxury residential setting.

Fluent in English and Spanish - both written and verbal communication.

Valid security officer license and clean driving record.

Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.

Surveillance skills and detail orientation.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
