    Our Luxury Beauty Company client is seeking a Contracted Finance Analyst to join their Brickell office ASAP. Please note - this will be an ongoing contracted position with the possibility of being brought onto the team permanently. This position will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office and two days remote of your choice. The role is highly customer service oriented and no day is the same.

    *Must be already located in Miami

    *Must be available to start ASAP

    *Spanish is a PLUS

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate the performance of the company's operations. This includes analyzing sales trends, profit margins, and expense management to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for the travel retail division. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis to key stakeholders.
    • Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structures across various P&L lines, including product costs, distribution expenses, and advertising and promotional (A&P) investments. Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management, providing insights into the financial performance of the company's Americas division. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
    • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making on special projects, initiatives, and strategic initiatives

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, preferably within the retail or travel industry.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
