Description
:The primary responsibilities of the BDR is to implement growth strategies, sign new customers, and develop existing customer relationships with site visits and regular communication to deliver against sales plans.
They must maintain market awareness, including but not limited to industry trends, competition, and basic permitting requirements.This individual will also establish and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Permitting, Production, Installation, Suppliers, Marketing, Accounting, and Vendors).
A BDR must manage multiple projects through the sales cycle from estimate to payment to deliver an exceptional customer experience while utilizing company defined workflows and authorized electronic platforms for customer relations, project management and sales reporting.
