    Looking for a Customer Service Representative (Industrial) in Green Bay

    Summary:

    Our Customer Service team is seeking candidates with strong customer service skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to building lasting relationships with customers.

    • Customer Service or Project-based background required
    • Effective communication skills for one-on-one and group settings
    • Ability to build and maintain business relationships
    • High School Diploma required, additional education is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handling inbound customer calls and emails
    • Providing product demos to customers
    • Entering sales orders and providing customer support
    • Estimating delivery dates to customers
    • Building and maintaining customer relationships
    • Collaborating with sales teams on pricing
    • Assisting with accounts receivable and issue resolution
    • Managing product returns and special pricing
