ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The positions of Custodian/Baler Operator safely operates the cardboard baler and horizontal baler, in addition to providing general custodial services in large facilities. This includes cleaning and detailing gleaned rooms, warehouse aisles, conference rooms, offices, lunchrooms, restrooms and common areas. Reports to and takes direction from the Interim Production Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Janitorial Staff/Custodial Workers: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining various areas within facilities such as offices, restrooms, common areas, and lunchrooms.
Facilities Maintenance Workers: Tasked with ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings and facilities, including performing repairs and routine maintenance tasks; additionally cleaning and maintaining equipment, machinery, and industrial structures in manufacturing and production environments.
Recycling/ Waste Management: Employees involved in sorting, processing, and baling recyclable materials such as cardboard, plastics, and paper in recycling facilities. Responsible for managing waste disposal processes, including collecting, sorting, and processing waste materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
