    Position Summary:

    As part of our team's growth, we are seeking a skilled Assistant Sales Manager full-time to support our dynamic Corpus Christi, TX team. In this role, you will engage with clients, addressing their laser hair removal queries, and assisting them in customizing their treatment plans. Furthermore, you will oversee daily store operations and collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve monthly targets.

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain exceptional customer service standards
    • Drive sales through consultations
    • Recommend treatment packages
    • Address client inquiries and concerns
    • Solicit client reviews and referrals
    • Manage employee schedules
    • Cultivate a culture of top-tier customer service
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Demonstrated sales and leadership achievements
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Capacity to handle sensitive information confidentially
    • Ability to work 40 hours weekly, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
    • Intermediate computer proficiency
    • Able to lift 20-40 pounds
