    Responsibilities:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of D2D Solar Consultants within the region.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
    • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance productivity.
    • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and motivate team members.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to installation.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact sales efforts.
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
    • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
    • Knowledge of the solar energy market and products is highly advantageous.
