What you will do:
As our Electrical Sales Engineer, you will be working directly with our customers through phone and email.
You will be reading engineering specifications, providing sales quotes, building customer relationships, identifying cost saving opportunities, and negotiating with company vendors regarding specified equipment to operate and control systems in the water and wastewater industry.
This position works at our Ashland, OH location.The job:
Every day, you will work with a team of five Sales Engineers and will be trained and mentored by an Engineering Manager with over 30 years' experience in the industry.
Utilizing our internal software will prepare cost estimates and generate proposals for industrial control panels that could include components such as PLC's, VFD's, HMI's and starters.
You will be working with panels that utilize various instruments such as flow meters, transducers, and sensors.The skills you need:
To succeed in this role, you must be able to understand bid specifications, plans, and read electrical drawings and specifications.
