    Job Summary

    • As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and expanding the company's presence and reputation in the tool & die market.

    • You will identify and pursue new customers, provide technical solutions and support, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

    • You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.

    • You will travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events, as well as work from the office and from home.

    • You will receive support from and report progress to the Sales Manager.

    Job Requirements

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the tool & die industry, preferably in sales or engineering roles.

    • A solid understanding of tooling and equipment systems, such as specialty fixtures, compression molding, trim tooling, injection tooling, assembly aids, and/or other manufacturing tooling.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    • A self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.

    • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
