As Management Trainee you prepare for a management role at Anton Paar USA.

For the next 6-12 months, you will work with the senior leadership team on assigned projects at the US Headquarters in Ashland, VA toward a management role at one of our regional offices.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000/year to $80,000/year and depends on related experience. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Responsibilities include:

Completion of managementrelated projects
Assistance in strategic planning, for budgets and audits
Desire to work in a management role
Willingness to relocate to one of our US locations for a management role
5 years experience in sales or service in the analytical instrument industry
Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight travel
Bachelor's degree in engineering or natural sciences
Valid driver's license and passport
