Description
Reporting to the Sales Director in Germany, you will represent the company in the German market, promoting our products and embodying our brand's vision and values. Your role will be crucial in establishing our presence and expanding our client base in Germany.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the commercial strategy for your region in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Setting and monitoring sales targets (budget, forecasts).
- Developing and supporting clients.
- Participating in commercial negotiations.
- Managing commercial budgets.
- Maintaining relationships with important and long-standing clients.
- Contributing to the company's commercial policy.
- Keeping up with competition and technology in the industry.
- Attending local and national trade fairs.
- Using a CRM management tool to report all actions.
- This list covers the main tasks but is not exhaustive.
Requirements:
You should have a minimum of a university degree and at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the industrial, HVAC, or electrical engineering sector. You should be able to work independently, have team management and negotiation skills, and hold a KNX or Tutor certification, with previous experience as a Trainer being a plus.
A high level of proficiency in English or Spanish, both spoken
