    The Account Manager (Field Activation) plays a key role in the Activation Team, responsible for executing the team's strategic vision for enterprise partnerships and SEI. This position involves managing and expanding a network of strategic accounts in an assigned area, organizing outreach events, addressing the needs of current and potential students, generating inquiries and applications, and fostering new strategic account connections.


    • Develop direct relationships with employer partners to enhance engagement.
    • Effective storytelling and strong presentation skills to communicate SEI's value proposition, address objections, build trust, and influence decision makers.
    • Plan and run employee-facing outreach events like trade shows, conferences, client meetings, and presentations.
    • Coordinate employee communications such as email campaigns, marketing collateral, and social media efforts.
    • Generate high-quality student inquiries through virtual and in-person events, directing them to enrollment teams.
    • Provide support to students at employer partner locations, connecting them with relevant teams.
    • Build and manage a network of contacts and referrals.
    • Assess client needs and provide feedback to leadership.
    • Collaborate with the Activation Team for strategic alignment and best practice adoption.
    • Other assigned responsibilities.
    Required Skills:
    • Proven ability to close deals.
    • Strong listening and presentation abilities.
    • Exceptional presentation skills and adaptability based on client responses.

    • Self-motivated and capable of motivating others.
    Experience:
    • Four to six years of successful experience in account management, business development, corporate outreach, and lead generation in the education sector.
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
    Other:
    • Travel up to 50% required.
    • If offsite or hybrid, must have necessary work equipment and setting for remote work.
    • Possibility of lifting requirements, with accommodations as per ADA policies.
    • Ability to meet critical thinking and communication demands of the role.
    • Flexibility to work over 40 hours per week as needed.
    • Proficiency in using computers.
