- Develop direct relationships with employer partners to enhance engagement.
- Effective storytelling and strong presentation skills to communicate SEI's value proposition, address objections, build trust, and influence decision makers.
- Plan and run employee-facing outreach events like trade shows, conferences, client meetings, and presentations.
- Coordinate employee communications such as email campaigns, marketing collateral, and social media efforts.
- Generate high-quality student inquiries through virtual and in-person events, directing them to enrollment teams.
- Provide support to students at employer partner locations, connecting them with relevant teams.
- Build and manage a network of contacts and referrals.
- Assess client needs and provide feedback to leadership.
- Collaborate with the Activation Team for strategic alignment and best practice adoption.

- Four to six years of successful experience in account management, business development, corporate outreach, and lead generation in the education sector.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Travel up to 50% required.
- If offsite or hybrid, must have necessary work equipment and setting for remote work.
- Possibility of lifting requirements, with accommodations as per ADA policies.
- Ability to meet critical thinking and communication demands of the role.
- Flexibility to work over 40 hours per week as needed.
- Proficiency in using computers.
