    Primary FunctionSummary of the primary function of the position and its role.
    The Senior Business Support Manager - Originations leads the administrative, organizational, and operational activities as assigned by Executive Leader. Acts as a point of contact between top management and employees or other stakeholders. Provides guidance to projects of high importance.

    Collaborates with and achieves actionable results through others, building strong and sustainable business relationships while interacting with all levels of the organization.

    Supports Senior Originations Management and all business areas as needed to improve processes and implement Originations specific and corporate initiatives.

    Track and report on priorities and objectives for the assigned Executive leader.
    Prepare agenda for staff meetings, capturing minutes, tracking, and following up on action items and prepare regular reports.
    Draft correspondence and communicate information on behalf of assigned leader.
    Establishing excellent working relationships with the staff of other senior executives.

    Create complex presentations, analyzing data, determining how best to present the information; coordinate and collaborate with staff on presentations for internal and external constituents.

    Lead projects on an as required basis.
    Handle minor administrative tasks such as meeting coordination and scheduling.

    Interfaces with Recruiting and HR on needs for the Originations Team.*These essential functions are fundamental to the role, and must be performed on-site, as they cannot physically be performed remotely.

    In addition, the Company has determined that an in-person presence is important to critical components of our work, including oversight, training, collaboration, and productivity.

    Bachelor's degree in related field is required.5+ years of years of mortgage experience, including the ability to solve complex problems and understand the related impact on the business, our investors, and external customers.

    Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
    Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and direct multiple projects and activities with varied deadlines.
