Our client, an established and reputable insurance company in Salinas, is interested in adding a full-time Sales Manager to their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned region.

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you
