We are currently seeking qualified nursing professionals (m/f/d) to join our team at our facility in Hannover, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Independent execution of basic and medical care tasks
  • Support with daily activities
  • Contact person for doctors, therapists, and family members
  • Conducting nursing consultations
  • Documentation of nursing measures

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or health and nursing care professional (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, experience in inpatient care
  • Ability to work in a team and cooperate with others
  • Commitment, reliability, and empathy
