We are currently looking for a:
Meetings & Event Groups Organizer / Event Planner (m/f/d)

  • You promote the implementation of the strategic plans and goals of the Meetings & Events department and the entire hotel operations. You always approach things in a practical, methodical and businessoriented way to create unforgettable moments for our guests
Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the organization and smooth running of meetings & events
  • You conduct hotel tours and menu tastings according to the specifications of the M&E Group Reservation Cluster
  • You conduct customer satisfaction surveys during and after their stay
Qualifications

  • You have previous experience in the Meetings & Events field
  • You speak German and English
  • You can quickly adapt to using IT systems
  • You have the ability to find creative solutions and make recommendations
