Nutzfahrzeuge Göppl GmbH, located in Garwin, IA, is a traditional family-owned company and part of the Göppl Group.

We specialize in new and used commercial vehicles, as well as repairs and accident restoration for commercial vehicles and refrigeration units on trailers and semitrailers.

With a total of 140 employees, we have five locations in Bamberg, Leupoldsgrün, Nuremberg, Regensburg, and Weiden.


We are currently seeking a full-time Warranty Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team at our commercial vehicle workshop in Weiden.


Your responsibilities:


  • Commercial processing and invoicing of workshop services and accident damages
  • Invoicing of warranty and maintenance contracts with the manufacturer
  • Invoicing of services to end customers in collaboration with the workshop team
  • Monitoring of repairs/service/accident restoration
  • Documentation for manufacturers and assessors
  • Issuing and receiving of service replacement vehicles in coordination with the relevant department

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive sector
  • Several years of experience as a service advisor preferred
  • You have a friendly and approachable demeanor towards our customers
  • You take our customers' questions and requests seriously
  • Experience in processing repair orders
  • Organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
