Responsibilities & Duties:
Project ManagementConceptualize Manufacturing ProcessDevelop realistic time schedules.
Organize Machines, materials , manpower and measurementsystems.
AssignProjects to workers based on individual strengths.
Implement and Complete a projectDevelop Process ProceduresEvaluate the hazards and proper PPE for materialsand equipment usedExamine the materials need for each manufacturing stepOverseeproduction floor procedures, checking for safety and accuracy.
Write complete procedures in standardized format.Product ImprovementDetermine the stakeholders in theimprovement processGainconsensus on the ending goal from all stakeholders Develop a design of experiments to reach the goal.
