- Develop realistic time schedules.
- Organize Machines, materials , manpower and measurementsystems.
- AssignProjects to workers based on individual strengths.
- Implement and Complete a project
- Evaluate the hazards and proper PPE for materialsand equipment used
- Examine the materials need for each manufacturing step
- Overseeproduction floor procedures, checking for safety and accuracy.
- Write complete procedures in standardized format.
- Determine the stakeholders in theimprovement process
- Gainconsensus on the ending goal from all stakeholders
- Develop a design of experiments to reach the goal.
- Implement and report on the results.
- Determine resource requirements, developrelationship with vendors to implement projects when needed.

- Communicatewith Technical Services on issues that need additional support
- Utilizethe limitations of the manufacturing process to achieve the goals.

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent jobexperience
