Description
Director of Security, Governance Risk & Compliance (Permanent Remote, US)Aledade works with independent practices, health centers, and clinics to build and lead Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) anchored in primary care.
As a Director of Security, you will lead efforts that are focused on protecting patients, our employees, and Aledade as a whole.
In this role, you will lead by example of being a highly technical leader who delivers high business impact on multiple projects of increasing dependencies and ambiguity.
Impact:
Balance short and long-term business impact by developing strategies to manage risks.
People:
Develop outstanding teams using a combination of world-class-hiring and direct-timely-actionable feedback to develop security talent.
Governance Risk & Compliance Experience
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, standards, and frameworks such as SOX, NIST CFS, CIS Controls, etc.
Proven track record of developing and implementing information security governance, risk management, and compliance programs with a focus on automation
Experience developing and managing a security program performance reporting framework that leveraged methodologies such as risk quantification, maturity analysis, and key metrics
Experience or familiarity with emerging Governance Risk & Compliance management, enablement, and automation technologies
BS (or higher) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent experience
~10+ years of experience in designing, building, or operating security services
~7+ years of building and leading highly complex, technical security teams
~ Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Working knowledge of health-tech systems, like Electronic Health Records, Clinical data, etc.
