_ About this role:

The Service Desk Manager will provide technical assistance to computer users. Along with answering questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Provides assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
  • Quickly respond to end user requests for assistance when existing manuals and scripted responses are not sufficient to meet user needs.
  • Provide Technical Assistance to computer users.
  • Expereince with diagnosing problems
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience with Scripts and User Manuals
  • Experience with diagnosing technical problems.
  • Experience with computer hardware.

Qualifications:


  • Associate degree in computer science, or similar technical discipline or 2 years of Technical School
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
